Living Rooms, Dining Rooms & Bedrooms
prior to restoration

All units have hardwood floors throughout and 2 sets of beautiful longleaf pine sliding pocket doors in the living room. All of the magnificent wood floors, doors and trim are in remarkable condition and will be restored to their original state.
All units have a large window and a beveled glass door in the living room. For downstairs apartments, this door is the front entrance from the porch while upstairs, this door opens to a large balcony shared by two apartments.
Two sets of pocket doors in the living room open into the dining room and bedroom. The door seen on the left leads to the bathroom.
We are lucky that most of the original lighting fixtures throughout the building are still present. These will also be restored if possible or replaced with similar lighting from the time period.
Dining rooms have three bay windows across the front and a swinging door at the rear that leads into the Butlers Pantry and Kitchen area.
Bedrooms have two windows and a closet. Side doors open into the kitchen and bathroom areas and the pocket doors open into the living room.
