The kitchens have one door that enters the bedroom and a doorway to access the pantry. A backdoor opens to what originally was a screened in porch.
Some of the cabinets appear to have been added well after the building was completed in 1910. Features that are determined to be original will be restored and modern appliances will be placed in all units.
The pantries have a swinging door that opens to the dining room. Ice boxes were originally placed below the window opposite the cabinet.
