We are dedicated to the revitalization of older apartment buildings in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex area. Using the buttons and links on this page, we invite you to take a tour of our existing properties and find out about leasing one of our available apartments. You can also view the extensive photo documentation of our work during the complete restoration of the nearly 100-year-old Markeen Apartments in Fort Worth. The fully restored Markeen is once again a vibrant residential property and was awarded a listing in the National Register of Historical Places.
Currently, we are completing the conversion of the Miller Manufacturing Building, known as The Miller Lofts, at 311 Bryan St in the Near Southside's South Main Village area . This 1910 historic gem has been transformed into 16 unique loft apartments, 14-1 bedroom/1 bath, and 2-2 bedroom/2 bath. In keeping with the authentic character of the building, its industrial bones shine through. Open floor plans, 20' ceilings, granite and soapstone counters, industrial lighting, exposed brick, original loading dock, functioning exterior factory doors, all in units ranging from 688-1700+ square feet.
