Fixtures currently in place that are determined to be original to the building will be restored. For instance, we know that claw foot tubs were standard in all units but, unfortunately, all did not survive. Replacements will be found that match as close as possible to the few that remain. Plumbing circa 1910 included overhead tanks for the toilets with attached pull chains. From the photos below, you can see that the all that remains in one unit is the empty space on the wall left from when the tank was removed years ago. Most units were modernized over the years and all will be equiped with modern toilets.
