Our first unit is ready for lease.

Our restoration is complete and the first tenants will begin moving in to the Markeen soon. As you enter the front door and walk into the living room, your eyes are immediately drawn to the beautiful grain of the hardwood floors.
As you pass through the wonderful pocket doors and enter the dining room or bedroom, the big sash windows and dark wood trim accent the floors perfectly. 
The new kitchen appliances have just arrived.
The black and white tile pattern from the kitchen reappears on the bathroom floor and the old claw foot bathtubs have been beautifully restored.
